We’ve developed a self-paced training resource featuring a six-part video series on pediatric behavioral health during and after disasters.
This six-part series (approximately 30 minutes each) helps healthcare professionals recognize trauma, apply psychological first aid, promote emotional regulation during clinic visits, and identify when to escalate care. It also addresses provider burnout and offers strategies for clinician well-being.
We encourage all providers working with children to explore these recordings and enhance our ability to support families during times of crisis.
This series features recordings of the educational portion of these sessions from the 2025 Disaster Mental Health: Preparedness and Response to Catastrophic Events Extension for Community Health Outcomes (ECHO) virtual series on disaster mental health for pediatric primary care and family medicine clinicians.
Build your confidence in disaster mental health response – on your schedule.
