Register for the 2024 PPN PsySTART Learning Collaborative

The purpose of the 2024 PPN PsySTART Learning Collaborative is to address the immense challenge of the ongoing youth mental health crisis in the United States.

Registration deadline is April 1, register today.

The collaborative will also improve pediatric disaster behavioral health readiness in public health, behavioral health, and healthcare systems. Building on the prior year’s collaborative, this expanded learning collaborative includes:

  • A broad mental health triage track focused on understanding the function and value of mental health triage, use of the PsySTART system, and practical process implementation for both day-to-day use and during larger surge events and disasters.
  • Advanced trainings on topics including Stepped Triage to Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and PsySTART population level situational awareness and mapping functions (TF-CBT training prioritized to sites with PsySTART fully implemented).
  • Opportunities to partner and pair with other participating sites from across the country, including learning from graduate sites from prior years.
  • An expanded virtual tabletop exercise (VTTX) for participants to explore the use of these tools in a realistic disaster scenario with collaborative partners across the U.S.

There is no cost to join this collaborative. It is being offered to Pediatric Pandemic Network hub sites, and other HRSA grant programs (e.g. EMSC All-Grantee partners, FQHCs and their associated spokes/local partners).
